Eucharist

So Jesus said to them, “Amen, Amen, I say to you, it was not Moses who gave the bread from heaven; my Father gives you the true bread from heaven…I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.” (John 6:32, 51)

The greatest sign of God's sacramental love can be found in the gift of the Risen Lord's Body and Blood in the Eucharist. The living and real presence of Jesus Christ, the Eucharist nourishes our parish family, allowing it to function in a loving, sacrificial spirit of unity with the entire Roman Catholic Church, making us an ever more fitting dwelling-place for the triune God.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass is celebrated daily at St. Rita. Please join our faith community to encounter our Risen Lord in the Eucharist. Mass is celebrated:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00am

• Saturday, 8:00 am & 4:00pm (Sunday vigil)

• Sunday, 7:00am, 9:00am, 10:30am & 5:00pm

First Communion for Children

Your child’s First Holy Communion is a unique, intimate encounter with our risen Savior.  St. Rita Parish welcomes our children to the Lord's Supper, desiring to allow them to know and love more fully through their preparation for it.

If you have not received First Holy Communion or would like to become Catholic as an adult, our preparation takes place through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA).
